The Intern Mentor is a comprehensive 360° service designed to bridge the gap in training and support before and after starting a new role.
Our lead mentor and founder, Kate, has experienced the journey from multiple internships that launched her career in Fashion Design to developing an intern program at a major global fashion company. Through this experience, she discovered the keys to effective intern and new hire onboarding.
Kate is a certified project manager and passionate about creating corporate processes that work for creatives from day one.
The Intern Mentor LLC was founded following the release of her first book, The Design Internship Handbook, which serves as a mentor in your pocket. The Design Internship Handbook is available on Amazon.
